Shipping & Returns
Items can be returned for store credit only within 14 days from the date of delivery or pickup. Items received past the 14-day period will not be accepted for a return. No refunds are issued on any purchase – only store credits. Fees for return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Shipping costs will not be included in the store credit amount. You will receive an email for the store credit amount once the return is processed.
All sale items are a final sale. This includes anything purchased using a discount of 25% or more.
If there is an issue with any item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Contact us by emailing us at email@example.com with your name, order number, issues with the order and pictures if necessary.
We are happy to ship to you no matter where you are located! In store pickup is also available for all orders.
Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed and shipped out.
